Doctors aren't the only professionals
who come into contact with people in pain. So does just
about anyone whose business attracts seniors. "I'd
have to say the majority of my customers are retirees,
and many of them complain about pain so bad, it keeps
them from doing the things they love," says Capt.
Bill Luer, who operates a charter fishing boat in Sturgeon
Bay, Wisc.
Among his recent customers,
a man who suffers from chronic arthritis in the hands,
another with a bad knee, and a veteran of Operation
Desert Storm whose elbows are still sore from all those
months of carrying around 50 plus pound equipment. "When
they got on my boat, none of those guys were expecting
to be able to haul in a big salmon on their own because
it would have been too painful; but every last one of
them did it without any pain at all," says Capt.
Luer.
No they didn't find the proverbial
Fountain of Youth, but close. They discovered Ibunex,
a new topical cream designed for muscle and joint therapy
which works by targeting the source of aches and pains.
Capt. Luer has been keeping a couple of bottles on hand
as a courtesy to his customers ever since seeing how
well it worked this past summer.
"I first learned about
Ibunex from a businessman who chartered my boat. He
offered me a couple of sample packets which I passed
on to future customers and I was amazed by how well
it worked," says Capt. Luer.
A single .2 gram pump of Ibunex,
manufactured by Osceola, Wisc.-based Core Products International,
Inc., contains a mixture of Ibuprofen, Glucoasmine,
Chondrotin Sulfate, MSM and Bromelain. All of these
key ingredients are known to have wide benefits in joint
health management of pain and inflammation. And unlike
oral medications that must travel through the entire
body before they reach the site of the pain, this treatment
is applied directly on the painful areas.
In addition to Ibunex, which
targets the acute pain associated with an injury or
arthritic flare up, there is a companion product, Gluconex
which provides maintenance therapy for the chronic pain
associated with long term conditions like tendonitis,
carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow.
"When people get off my
boat, they often remark about how great it is that their
problems have gone away. I always say, 'Of course they
have. You did, after all, just spend the day on a ship
named The Nooo Problem,'" remarks Capt. Luer with
a chuckle.
Ibunex and Gluconex are available
for purchase through health care providers and are also
available for purchase online at www.coreproductslaboratories.com.
